Hi Emily and Jamie - saw you at the Lemon Tree and really enjoyed your show - my 10 year old is now singing some of your songs from the CD I bought there - could you think about bringing out a songbook sometime? Thanks and best of luck for a great 2010. Ali

Hi Emily, 'Adoon Winding Nith' is a beautiful album. All the songs are so well delivered. 'Gowden Locks O Anna' is amazing, and 'Craigieburn Wood' would make a great single. The CD cover package is a work of art. Stuart.

... and talking of volcanic ash, my flight home last night from Glasgow was cancelled, so I took the train home today. At Carlisle station, a dear old lady named Margaret came and sat next to me and we began to chat about allsorts, as you do, but there came a real glint in her eye when she began to tell me all about her dear Emily and her most beautiful voice... Please say 'hello' to her from the 'young man' she sat next to on the train today, and may I say 'hello' to you as the latest addition to to those who agree with her; she wasn't wrong :-) - Mark.

Welcome back to Scotland - glad you made it before the volcanic ash ! Really enjoyed both playing and singing last Friday in the intimate venue that is the Harbour Arts Centre in Irvine. Hope the rest of the tour goes well.

Hiya Emily, just watched you singing "The Silver Tassie" on Transatlantic Sessions and it was superb. Even among the awesome talents of the accompanying musicians it was an outstanding vocal performance which made me very much regret not having come across your music sooner...a situation I intend to remedy without delay! All the best for the future. Regards, Neil
